Developed the training curriculum for 100 employees of a large medical clinic regarding their electronic medical records (EMR) software system including all training document, workflow processes, training manuals and a post implementation communication plan.
Developed an eight course business skills training program for employees in the community living sector. Participated on the the Inclusion implementation team to develop and deliver software training.
Designed an Essential Skills Train The Trainer Program, which was launched throughout Manitoba.
Facilitated and oversaw the design, development and implementation of policies in key operational areas such as personnel, administration, accountability, board relations and board protocol.
