Dawna Atamanchuk has been working in the field of learning and performance since 2003. She has the ability to conceptualize the needs of the organization and identify the learning gaps, and, then bring the right partners and tools to the table to design your workplace solution.

Those who know Dawna will attest to her forward-thinking creative approach towards life. 

As a lifelong learner, Dawna continues to focus on her personal development. She is currently enrolled in the  Executive Coaching Program through Royal Roads University.

In 2019 she ran a half marathon in Antartica.

Dawna’s commitment to the community is a driving force behind her active volunteer activities. Currently, she is a member of the Institute for Performance and Learning leadership team.

She has been involved on a number of boards including: Race Director for Triple Threat Triathlon; President of the Headingley Chamber of Commerce; Program Chair, Woman Business Owners of Manitoba; and School Relations with the Young Associates.
